MR ROOTER PLUMBING OF GREATER SYRACUSE (205416)

Never will use these crooks again! They left it worse than it was before they arrived! They will steal your money! Would give them negative stars if I could! They broke a pipe and had to use random stuff I had lying around to fix it. They also cracked the concrete trying to hammer their snake bit small enough to fit into the pipe when all they had to do was take the slip fitting off and it would’ve fit just fine. They then dropped the elbow into the backed up sewage water in my sump pump basin, and made me retrieve it myself! They didn’t even diagnose the problem or tell me what was wrong, rather that the next step would be for me to pay $660 to have them “jet” it when the technician looked at me and said “honestly, it’s probably going to just come right back out at me, so it’s pointless.” They didn’t even give me a resolution of any sort! Oh and to top it all off was the fact that the lady on the phone was an absolute (insert expletive here) when I called to complain about their “handy work”. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You’ll thank me later.
