Kroger

I had a very pleasant experience this evening. I found most of what I needed. What really wowed me and stopped me in my tracks was a gentleman by the name of Tre. He was filling and zoning the cheese department. It was breathtaking. He kept everything so contained and was working so neatly, I felt compelled to compliment him on the visual serenity he had created. I feel too many people leap to criticize, and not enough people compliment those that are doing a great job. He was polite, organized, and thorough.

We have always shop at this store but we have had scanning price issues or coupons issues at the self checkout and the ladie who helps there MICHELLE was very rude, now we started to go to a dufrent kroger further so we don't see her, hopefully the GM will take nite of this review and more that everyone is complaining about her.

This Kroger is something else. Produce is always bad or at times they don't have certain vegetables. I like how it's organized makes it easy to find things. You have to be careful and check the price tag on items because sometimes they are wrong or you get the discount if you buy 5 or more. I've never had a bad experience with any of their employees. I have a problem with their self checkout machines. They can be so annoying if you remove a bagged item too quick it doesn't let you proceed until an employee comes. The space is so limited that you want to bag and place your items back in the cart to move faster but the machine won't let you. The self checkout machines are so close to one another that you can smell the breath of the person right next to you. I wish scanning was faster without the machine constantly saying place removed item back in the bagging area.

I used to love coming here. Now the produce is always spoiled/going bad. Eggs are more broken than usual. I have to be careful when buying anything because I’ll buy expired stuff on accident. I will have to start shopping at another Kroger or a different grocery store that’s closer to home. Update: I had given this place another few chances because it is closer and more convenient. I went for the last time a few weeks ago. This store has had a lot of issues with their pricing, such as showing one price on their displays and another price ringing up at the register. And no, I am not talking about their digital coupons or anything like that, I know how to use those. The self check associate named Michelle seems to dislike her job very much, this is also not the first time where I come in and she’s either making snarky remarks or overall just seems to loathe the job she holds. There was a problem with pricing on an item that I wanted to purchase so I called her over and she asks me what the problem is. I point at the screen and show her that this item is bringing up a dollar more than it shows on display, she PUSHES my hand to the side and starts tapping on the screen. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I have never thought to touch another person because the manner she did it in was rude and forceful. So I asked her if she was having a bad day so she rolls her eyes and walks away. I will never come here again and I will be informing all of my family and friends not to come here either.

It's incredible. You call the pharmacy with questions and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I had called minimum of 12 times and was NEVER able to speak with anyone. I had noticed the people in the pharmacy are not friendly. They're rude and they don't even say hello or give a smile. Very unfriendly people. The only reason I go to Krogers is because the price of my prescription, besides that I don't because I don't want to deal with this kind of people.

I will no longer shop at this location. If your handicapped you better make sure to have placard or have it on license plate . The Store manager came outside just to see if I had the handicapped ♿️ logo on my vehicle. You can not make someone move if it's there . No Thanks I don't like Stores like this employees here are rude especially at self check out . I quit their pharmacy their slow rude took way to long to fill a prescription from any of my Dr's. Go to another Kroger there 2 more in Mckinney besides this one !!

Kroger needs to train their staff to do their job instead of socializing with customers. My mom and I had to wait for the self checkout worker to finish his conversation with a customer to get some help. He blamed me for taking groceries off the table, that’s why we needed his help or it was cause my mom put her number in twice.(Old guy just wanted to blame someone) No, we needed help cause the two oranges we bought wouldn’t weigh or it wouldn’t let us put a quantity in. Learn to be quiet and do your job, sir.

Crummy meats, no butcher on site, crummy vegetables, and terribly long waits for pick up. Not the best far from it.
