This is the worse place I have ever been at. The boy that was behind the cash register was rude. Never said hello or even spoke to us until I asked about eating. You pay before you eat and then they want you to tip before you eat also. I'm from Texas and never do we ever tip anyone before they show they give good customer service. That's what tips are for. When we finished our mediocre food and went to leave I was stopped by an asian lady wanting a tip. She kept saying you no tip! You no tip!. I said you no give customer service! you get NO tip! You don't demand tipping before u receive service or even demand a tip for not giving service. You want a tip! You must give good customer service. A simple thank you or welcome could get you a tip! Rude people who demand more for less work. This is what's wrong with this world!

We went here on Tuesday. A quiet atmosphere which is fine but the food seemed like it had sat out for quite a bit of time. When you have a buffet you should refresh it maybe every hour? Both my son and I only had one plate and we went there for dinner. It was still $45! So if I'm going to pay almost $25 bucks a person, I expect for the food to be Top Notch quality and hot and fresh. It's not like we're going to McDonald's. Usually we have two plates each but not this time around like I said because the food was not fresh and not hot.

The food was great! The service not so much. The people who bring your drinks demand a tip! 1. They run your down. 2. They yell at you so whole restaurant can hear. The reason I didn't leave a tip is because: 1. They didn't refill drink the whole time I was there. 2. They stood over my shoulder as I was putting my coat and getting my purse to leave. 3. They screamed at me because I didn't leave a tip. Why should I tip you when you didn't do anything? You want a penny? Your job is so easily replaceable with a coke freestyle machine and a bin for customers to dump dirty dishes in. Then your presence will not be required and be out of a job. I don't mind tipping when the money is actually earned and I tip well.

Hey family again first time at this Fuji Grill Buffet on this side of town. You're greeted when you walk in and after you pay they walk you to your table. The food selections are great and the have a large selection of side items. You can also get hibachi grill, sushi and great dessert. We had went at lunchtime. Must go bad at Dinnertime. Plus the servers kept the table clean and check on us frequently which is always nice

I haven’t been to a buffet in a really long time, but my boyfriend suggested that we go to this one, and I actually really liked it. All the food that I got was really good tasting, and although our interactions with our server were very low, she always stayed on top of making sure our drinks were refilled. From the main course to desert, all the food was great. I will for sure be returning.

Very happy about this buffet. Only things missing I like are fresh mussels and the pickled squid. But good price and fresh and hot food. Server was very nice and kept the empty plates cleared and the drinks full. They also have hibachi which I love. Didn't have hibachi this first time but I'll try next time. Spring rolls were delicious. We got drinks but still saved about $10 overall compared to the buffet across the street. However they have hot pot there and the baby pickled squid. This was a good buffet however. We enjoyed!

Straight to Hibachi I go lol, but seriously, the food is GREAT! There are so many options to choose from with a staff that is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I most definitely will be returning with my family. It was our first time dining there, but it won't be our last. My family enjoyed their time there was well, so I would call this a successful day! 😁
