I stopped in this morning with a bit of a fashion emergency (traveling for work and the dress I brought had a stain on it!). Robin was amazingly helpful, helping me pull dresses and build an outfit. She even steamed the clothes so I could walk out in my new outfit feeling confident and professional. I can’t thank you enough Robin, your help was invaluable!!

Today's team @ Ann Taylor Factory store on Wabash was super helpful. Knowledgeable, fashion forward, and they assisted me with refreshing a few fall pieces. Thanks Ladies!

Robin at Ann Taylor Factory is amazing! I’m in the service industry myself so I take notice to service (good and bad) and she truly makes me feel valued as a customer. She always seems to be in a good mood with a smile and it makes for a pleasant experience in the store. When I’m trying on things she’s happy to get me a different size, I’ve seen her be very patient with someone that was demanding in the fitting room. She is a real asset to the ATF team and I look forward to seeing her when I shop. I actually feel better when she’s there as she’s very knowledgeable about their items and she’s happy to assist as opposed to saying “If you don’t see it, we don’t have it” she will go in the back and check for you. She even remembered (or saw it on the screen, doesn’t matter) my name and I respect that! The store has some amazing deals and some great pieces! I love shopping here, it’s always so clean and neatly organized, most of the staff is friendly and helpful, I love shopping clearance and their clearance section is perfect! It’s also neatly organized by size and color. I really just want to give Robin her roses as she’s excellent at customer service and that’s one of the reason I keep coming back, she feels like a friend, I love the deals and the service! Keep up the great job Robin and ATF!
