I don’t know where to start.first of all the store was nearly empty when my husband and I walked in. my husband was in his work clothes, dirty you know he’s coming straight from work. We were trying to get some clothes for him for a wedding for this weekend. None of the reps would pay attention at all. poor customer service, and when somebody did come in, and they were well dressed, it seems like all of their attention went to them. I worked in retail before for 15 years, and this is the worst customer service. The female employees were all stuck up. It’s seems like when you had a question, they dismissed you and rolled their eyes. It’s so sad seeing that your own race looks at the way you dress versus customer service. The place has beautiful things don’t get me wrong. We wanted him to try on clothes, but I guess that was too much to ask from them. the management needs to retrain all employees to treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of appearance. We took our money and business elsewhere. We went to Durango Western Wear. Now that’s great customer service. I added a picture of receipt so the store wouldn’t think this is a fake review. it seems others have complained about costumer service as well. Shop elsewhere not at this store. My husband and I will not be looked down on. I will not have others feel the way my husband and I felt today at Ok Corral.

I’ve came to this store few times and spent hefty amount of $$$. The times I’ve visited this place it was hard to get a rep to help out with certain questions and item inquiry. Last night I called to acquire about certain tejana that I’m shopping for, I called once went to voicemail and the second one someone answered and said they will get back at me in a few minutes. I stated that I would love to know if they have it in stock before I drive a hour to this store. No response…. It seems like they called back but I had no voicemail at least out of courtesy. It’s very sad that the basics about customer service is not fulfilled. Only reason I do give them a star it’s for their organization and great display of items. UPDATE: I never received a call. As the response stated they would.

Exceptional customer service ! Greeted right away upon walking in. The girls who help were Maria u0026 Irmaasked the right questions to fulfill all the needs I wanted! Gave lots of options and choices until I found the right outfit

I would normally not leave reviews, but since I have never had a worst experience, I thought why not. We traveled from Madison to spend the Sunday at the Little Village, we found this OK Corral VIP store and thought it would be a nice store to visit. Once we entered the store, it was empty, there were 3 or 4 ladies in the front, not sure if they even greeted us. Even though it is a large store, it felt overwhelming because everything was so tight. As soon as we started walking we could see this lady following us. That made us very uncomfortable. After about 10 min of this person following us, another lady, Spanish speaking, asked if we could leave the store since we have a plastic bag. I tried to tell her that we were about to leave. I tried to ask her why the 3 or 4 ladies up front didn't ask us to leave our bag up front where my mother in law and children were, but the only thing she could say was - no english. I understand why they would not permit bags inside the store. I truly do. The lady who asked us to leave, in fact was not rude or had an attitude, the poor thing was doing the job that somebody else failed on doing. BY THE WAY - the bag we had was left over churros from this super cute shop close by Corral - you have to visit. I honestly could not see what they had for sale since, as I mentioned, as soon as we walked in somebody was following us and making us uncomfortable. The staff is trash and the person behind them must be even worse to tolerate this behavior. This is not the first bad review about staff, scroll down and you see more. I wouldn't mind giving them another try, only that for now I wouldn't recommend the store to anybody.

Wow. What a store. Lots of great western wear at affordable prices for quality products. Couldn't believe how big the store was. Now I see why my wife loved the place. The staff was very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions. The ladies were very knowledgeable in their products. We went their initially to have my belt sized and before we left I bought some snake skin boots at half the price. Normally $379.0 and was $179.0. Thank You so much. Happy New Year.

I bought brand new belts, but they sent over used belts. They are not new and are of poor quality. If you can go somewhere else do it and save your money.
