I had a wonderful visit with miss Somesfalean and miss Burke. I had ti take a covid test for my employer. They did a lot of work to make sure the VA had taken care if fees, as I have extended healthcare and am eligible to seek care in the community. I actually learned a lot!! Thank you

I am beyond frustrated with this location. Amanda refuses to see me and turned me away when they had nobody waiting. I called in earlier around noon and wasted my time with a customer service rep when I called. She couldn’t not confirm if I had to give a down payment or not. She was very incompetent and I should have taken that as a sign to double check my appt was scheduled. But unfortunately there is no way to speak with the clinic directly. You are supposed to rely on these phone agents. She instructed me to contact my insurance to confirm abt the down payment, which I did.showed up at 30min before 5. I had no way to check in, so I tried making an apt there at the kiosk and it showed the day was full. I waited an hrs for Amanda to free up and then was told “sorry everything is done electronically and if it says no more appt than it must be booked. Although I had proof I spoke with someone and was misinformed she still sent me away sick although she had nobody else waiting on her. This is so unprofessional. Especially because I informed her all I needed was antibiotics for strep throat. No empathy, no customer service whatsoever. A waste of my time for me to desist all day for my “appointment” to then drive here with zero energy. Had she been busy. I could understand that to a certain extent. No solutions were offered other then tell me I can go to emergency or another clinic. And of course nothing was addressed about the person who made the damn appointment.

They have you wait in the same waiting area as people getting tested for Covid. People going in for non Covid reasons should not be exposed to Covid. I have a baby at home. The last thing I need is to bring that home to my baby.

Do not go here for COVID 19 testing!!!! I got tested over 16 days ago and still have gotten my results. I call every other day to see whats going on and nobody can give me a straight answer. I even had one of the lady’s hang up on me for no reason. If they can’t give people the results in the 5-7 like they told us they shouldn’t be testing people at all! I can’t even go back to work until I get my results and I’ve been out of work for 20 plus days!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a basic physical and the nurse practitioner refused to do one, even though minute clinic advertises for them. She was rude and condescending. Basically told me to go to my primary doctor to perform one. I was in the patient room no long than 1 minute, before she rushed me out the door.

Love this minute clinic. They are professional and courteous. I just wish they opened on time. I go for first appointment and inevitably have to wait until 9:00 even though hours say 8:30.

Know exactly what you need and push for it otherwise they will provide mild antibiotics for too short of a run, this will not get you 100%. Then you will be in need of a return visit. If you attempt to call because you need 10 days worth versus the 7 provided they will make you come back in. Plus you will get to experience an automated system that does not recognize what you are stating and a great deal of hold time! Very frustrating and not worth it.

Would not recommend this Minute Clinic to anyone. The nurse would not even treat me and told me I should just go to my Primary Care Doctor (if it was that easy I wouldn't have gone to a MINUTE clinic) for something as simple as a sinus infection. The Minute Clinic on Howard is much better. I won't return.
