O'Reilly Auto Parts

I usually go to o'reillys when I need something simple for the car and they are usually pretty helpful and they usually go out of their way to help me even to install it but this time they just showed me where the parts were and told me you need to just find the right size and left not sure what happened to the usual employees but I think they need to retrain the ones that were there. The cashier was very nice.

My car broke down here and the staff were kind enough to come out and take a look, always super kind and helpful.

I been coming to this orilleys , since the first day it opened got to see all the friendly managers and workers that pass through, I've walked to this location drove never had a problem, friendly staff ++, very helpful, sometimes I gotta bring pictures of the part I'm fixing sometimes because don't know the name is, they always do a great job !

Every time I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts I'm always impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Think of how hard it is to find help at Home Depot. This is pleasantly the exact opposite of that. Having to get your car fixed when you're on a budget is a painful experience. Getting your car parts at O'Reilly's makes the whole ordeal slightly better.

Took my 2020 Kia Soul for battery test. Turns out it was a bad battery. Got a new one installed and now I can get back on the road. Above and beyond customer service. Will recommend to family and friends.

Dropped my coolant reservoir cap into the car and could not retrieve it so I went over to O'Reilly's to buy a new one. The nice gentleman checked my car to see if he could retrieve it before charging me for a new one. Unfortunately I had to buy a new one, but, despite the cold weather, he replaced it for me. Made sure it fit before I took off with the wrong part. Very much appreciated 👍
