Thyme Dental Care

This is by far the best dental group I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful and caring. From the front office to the Dentists are a class act. Very kind and explain step by step. High quality work. Don't plan on going anywhere else.

Went in for a regular cleaning. Was seen right way as scheduled. My hygienist Perah (my apologies if the spelling is off) from Chi-Town was amazing. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She informed me of each step she was making if she switched her tools while cleaning. She gave an informative summary of my dental hygiene and suggested necessary steps to improve/maintain my dental hygiene. Dr. Park was excellent as well. She was very honest about future work that I should consider and explained the reasons why. I did not feel pressured like the work needed to be done now and I also felt very comfortable asking her questions. Eunice (again forgive me if I spelled the name wrong) was very professional, hospitable, thorough and informative summarizing my visit and any possible out of pocket cost. She performs all her responsibilities at the highest level. I will definitely go back to Thyme Dental care. I think I found my new dentist office.

Dr. Flores is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend him. I have gone to him for several years, and he is great.

One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I wasn’t given full details of the procedure, it took multiple trips to the dentist for them to properly fit the crown. I told the dentist I wasn’t numb enough and she dismissed me while drilling into my tooth. The pain was so bad I had to call out of work.

Thyme Dental Care is fantastic. I have been going there for a little over a year and a half, and the staff are patient, kind and attentive. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentist visits. For the two fillings I’ve had done there, the doctors have always ensured that I am comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend this team enough.

I like Thyme Dental. It is a friendly environment, Doctor Lee is a great dentist, very friendly and attentive to your needs. Their office is clean with state of the art equipment. They work very well with insurance and explain the cost thoroughly. I highly recommend their practice

Cannot say anything negative about the dental services, but their scheduling is the worst. You schedule your appointment online, you communicate with the clinic via email, confirm your insurance information, receive the appointment confirmation email saying they look forward to seeing you, you request time off work to come during work hours, and yet they will cancel your appointment because you did not pick up their call and did not orally confirm your appointment. Some people work during the day and cannot answer calls - can't this be done via email? And how many times do you need to communicate with the clinic to make your intentions to come to your appointment clear? Fix your scheduling procedures and show respect for your patients' time. Will be changing the dental care place, unfortunately, as the same issue keeps happening again and again.
