Took my aunt to purchase a battery and they were real attentive to her needs. And they put the battery in for her. They are the best. If was 7 pm when I went.

So unlikely for me to end up at Advanced Auto Parts, on Florida, right? I was there to pickup a package. They are a drop off point for UPS. Once I finally found my package there, I was glad they had it. Great customer service, friendly and professional. I actually had a blast there, just getting my package.

Been going here on and off for years. It's always been superb customer service. And friendliness. The store is well organized and always clean. The parking lot is pot hole hell though but this is a building on Florida Blvd so it's no surprise. Love the staff and quality of customer service everytime 10/10

Purchased a battery,didn't use it, and I still had the receipt. A young lady by the name of K. Watts was so pleasant. You can't get better customer service that she and her co-workers extended to me. They gave me all the information I needed to get my money back hassle free. Also, they told who to contact, and that person would contact them with no problem because I was over my 45-day return policy. I was fine if they couldn't resolve my problem. But it was too genuine courtesy you don't get anymore these days. So I wanna say thank you ungainly Ms.Watts ,you and your co-workers are the real MVPs.
