08-13-2023 00:51I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee latitude. There was a problem with my start/stop. The electricity worked in my car but it would kill over. I read up other people having the same problem and they've gotten themselves a new battery. Mr. Javan had naturally great customer service skills and little did I know there was a new die hard battery. I bought it Mr. Javan got me some money back for turning in the original core battery and Mr. Noah printed the my receipt and gave me excellent advice and more knowledge on the store and follow up procedures. In and out with something good to talk about. Thank you guys.
