07-23-2023 01:36I used to shop here but the service has just gotten too bad to keep shopping here. Tried to have a fridge delivered from store to house but they no-showed and no-called 3 days in a row. Tried calling and got another number that goes to voicemail so its an endless dead end. When they did deliver it they forgot to connect the water line and took the new and our old water line. They made it so difficult to just buy an appliance we decided to stop using them altogether and just use Home Depot even though it's a slightly further drive.

04-05-2023 08:12Good service and friendly staff. The staff is always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The store is always clean and organized. Everything is pretty easy to find, but if you need help with anything, an employee is usually close by ready to give assistance. Lowe's also gives a military discount which is nice.
