Ollie's Bargain Outlet

One of the BIGGEST Ollie's I've even been in. Cleaner and better organized than most Ollie's. Awesome location, I remember when the store was a toy store. Ollie's still sells toys.😅

First things first, I love Ollie's. I have shopped at Ollie's for over 30 years. I never had a bad customer service with any Ollie's employee until I met Josh at this store. Yes, many retail stores, including Ollie's, are understaffed. Unlike Josh, the staff is polite. Josh has failed to be polite all customers. He is curt u0026 borderline nasty. This store is a good Ollie's in spite of Josh. Is Josh REALLY a store manager!!!?

Here at Ollie’s where I enjoy my free time to purchase my home goods. Today November, 12, 2023 I recommend my Aunt to buy her sofa covers and Christmas decorations. Even if it wasn’t a bargain store I asked for a little discount for her sofa cover since that was the only one this store had left. The cover was damaged it was only fair for a little discount for an item that was supposed to be credited for. Manerger Michele denied the request after spending $140. We live in a difficult time and for that I leave this review.

We had a product that wasn't priced marked. The manager came and found the correct price without any trouble and quickly.

I'd like to start out here by saying it was a very tough choice between 2 and 3 stars for good ol' Ollie's. After a handful of visits over the past year or so, the most recent being yesterday, the experience has been pretty consistently subpar. The charm and allure of Ollie's is in its magnificent cheesiness; however, there are some lacking standards that are detracting from the shopping experience. One of the biggest issues is the store's presentation. Yes, closeout/overstock stores are usually a little haphazard by nature, but the disorganization at Ollie's is excessive enough to make it seem dirty. Loose items are stored in old, ripped cardboard boxes with prices scrawled on the outside. There are many displays made up entirely of these boxes. Products get easily mixed this way, which can lead to confusion, or even wind up on the floor. For example, on my visit yesterday there were 6 or 7 Christmas tree bulbs scattered on the floor of a perimeter aisle. Another apparent problem is the condition of the products themselves. Being a Bargain Outlet nobody expects top-notch quality, but so many of the items here clearly had the packaging torn open, and some looked like they may have been used. I bought an iron that was packaged in a re-taped box (I got one of the few that were still intact), has writing on the safety stickers, and is of questionable functionality. I don't know if Ollie's purposely sells items in this state or if people come in and tear up the packaging, play with the product inside for a little while, then vaguely place it back and go on their merry way. Seriously. It's a little unsettling. All in all though, Ollie's is a...let's say...*specialized* kind of store, so all this^ being said, it is excellent for a large dose of weirdness and corniness. It is so garish that it is truly exquisite.The employees are always friendly in my experience, so that's good too. I'll most definitely be going back, having a weird fascination with things that are so bad they're good. So, I'm sorry to give you only 2/5 stars, Ollie's, but just know that 2/5 stars is why we all love you. u003c3

It has been awhile.since I've been here and i was excited to see the place until.i got inside. Was very messy and some spots were so just empty.

Great selection of books along with some other bargains. Fun to shop there.
