I made a quick stop yesterday to get a new battery for my car keys. The employee was so rude when I stated I didn't want the lifetime battery plan. I said no, I'd just like a one-time replacement please. He said you'll just have to pay for it next time you come in then in such an annoyed voice. Yes, I do actually understand what ONE TIME means. He literally scowled his way through the rest of the transaction. There are plenty of other options in the Fox Valley, so I won't be shopping here again.
