I showed up with my tire that had a slow leak. Unfortunately their systems were down, however, one of the workers took about 4 minutes out of his projects to fix my tire leak for free! I will definitely be going back to this place for more business! It meant more to me than you know in these hard times, Thank you :)

Moved to Appleton upon getting out of the military and needed to find a place that I could trust to take care of my vehicle the way I would and to do what's in my best interest for the vehicle as well. Mike the owner came out and looked at my vehicle (69 Ford Bronco) and he gave me sound advice on what would be best for reliability, safety, and ride quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I can't thank him enough for the incredible customer service which is so rare to find today. I’ve brought my ‘68 Chevy in twice; once for new tires and once for an alignment. The staff was very professional, friendly, and timely. I really appreciated that they took the time to work on the specialty rims I have on there. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Baumgart Tire and Wheel made me a priority when I had an unexpected flat tire. I called several places and was running out of hope.... Called Baumgart and they were so friendly and said they would squeeze me in and patch my tire. 30 min and $30 later I was on my way. Thanks for making something that could have ruined my day, so much smoother for myself!

The service and the staff are excellent! Had to get alignment for my custom truck. Everyone was so friendly and it's clean in the waiting area.
