Lumiere Children's Therapy

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The front desk staff is always friendly, Bcbas, therapists, billing, and scheduling try their best to work with you and my son has learned so much in the little time he's been here. I had to update my review due to an issue. My son was sick and was unable to come in on his scheduled date. I was told a doctor's note was required for him to return and was not notified when/if the note was received from the doctor's office. My son was still sick and that following Monday and I received a dozen calls regarding him coming in even with him having a fever. When I said he was unable to start/come in that day because of the fever the lead BCBA in my opinion decided to be vindictive and put him back on their waiting list. After that I stated I was no longer interested in services. I however did find a wonderful center for my son that was able to enroll him immediately. For this reason I personally would never refer Lumiere to anyone due to the fact that it's deemed okay to penalize a child for being sick.

I was very impressed with this facility! The dedicated teams to each child's development (Mixed disciplines are amazing), the experience of the staff members, cleanliness of the facility, thorough billing process and communication with everyone was beyond my expectations. Upon walking in I could see all the staff truly care about the needs of the kids and you are not treated like just another number. They provide very indepth information so you aren't surprised with anything and seem to have standard practices in place. As long as you read the information, communicate, and show up you will surely see improvement with your little one. Can't recommend enough!

This is a wonderful therapeutic preschool with skillful and highly trained professional therapists who are compassionate and very attentive. Also, they are very supportive through insurance and billing process. The school is very clean and has great vibe. The location is convenient as well. The best therapeutic preschool - no doubt about it! My family is so grateful that we found you! Thank you for everything you do for our community and children.
