Informative first consult. Sounds like it would really help a lot of people. Unfortunately their last appointment is 3 and multiple sessions are needed. Unable to schedule the appointments even when my job ends at 3:30. Disappointed.

I have been seeing the team at innovative express for the last year for full medical treatment, and found that ketamine was a medicine worth trying. The staff st both places is attentive and kind. They treat you like an actual human, other than many doctors and admin. They opened this location, and it is really a great user experience. You are allowed to use the medication without fear, in a supportive, calming and curated environment. Genuinely the best way to have this administered. This is a helpful, and “innovative” place. I have a bunch of things to deal with; innovative has never been anything but supportive.

I went here on my birthday because I wanted to change my life around and conquer my childhood trauma. The nurses and staff were very kind and accommodating. I can't thank them enough for being patient and generous to me because when I arrived I was scared, suicidal and hopeless. After my 1st procedure I felt different, no sadness, just instant relief with a will to carry on. One of the staff even helped me to my uber because I was disoriented. People of Innovative Ketamine, if you're reading this I want to say thank you so much for helping me live another day. Hopefully I can return soon.
