10-04-2023 23:07STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE!!! I would give the office of Dr Mohan in Holy Cross a -10 if I could! Never in my life have I ever seen such an unprofessional Drs office! My mother's first appointment was scheduled for 3pm. We get there at 2:45 pm and waited until 5:15pm for the Dr to ARRIVE. There was another patient there who said his appointment was at 2pm and had been there since! My mother had an MRI done and days later his scheduling department calls for us to come in the next day for results. We get there for our 4pm appointment and wait until 5:45 to be seen! Only to be told that our results weren't in and that they didn't see that we even went to the appointment (according to their system we missed our MRI appointment, which we surely didn't!) After 20 minutes of arguing they found my mother's results. He said to come back in 3 months for a follow up but I will definitely not be driving there to waste my time anymore. Beyond unprofessional, why even schedule appointments early if the DR won't be in until after 5pm?

05-20-2023 22:41Don't even waste your time coming here, you shouldn't have to track down nurses and staff for simple services. The miscommunication amongst staff as well as patients are very troubling, they need to shut this hospital down or upgrade their ER services. The entire ER is FILTHY! Blood on the walls in the room where they draw blood, stains on the toilet seat and staff talking about patient business openly violating HIPPA LAWS.
