Dollar Tree

This Dollar Tree has really gone downhill since they let Jason go as manager a couple years ago. The store is now not the tidiest, although much better than the La Paz one, for sure. Not very well stocked either. The WORST part about this one and pretty much any DT is the fact that they only ever have the ONE cashier. I'm always the one screaming from the back of the line (which is more than likely also at the back of the store by the time I go to check out) DEMANDING they get another cashier. Yes, I'm THAT person. And no, don't even call me a Karen. But if you do call me one, I'm sure Karen is better than whatever name your mama gave you. 😑 Update: 11.26.22 The store has gotten a little bit better. More workers, that's for sure. Shorter lines, better products. Little cleaner. And for sure they hired happier people who aren't so full of evil and hate.

This is by far the nicest Dollar Tree location I have ever been too. This store is immaculately well organized. Every shelf, display and Isle is well kept. Fully stocked and perfectly displayed so u can find items quickly and efficiently. This store looked like it was picture perfect. I was extremely impressed by the staff's care for their store and when I needed help their were happy to help me by assisting me to the right isle which was outstanding. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree to anyone in the HD or passing thru. 5 stars to the Mgr. u0026 staff for leading the way for all to follow.

This dollar tree is really dirty and not stocked very well. The times I've gone, I had to wait in a long line while the older Mexican lady who said was the manager just stood there and watched! The line was extremely long and the manager just stood there and watched the entire time. Didn't even make an effort to help. That is so lazy and unprofessional. Why have a leader/manager like that? The staff look like they hate their job. I made a comment to the cashier like, the line is so long. Why is she just standing there not doing anything? and he said oh she always does that! Corporate needs to do something because it's very frustrating as a customer.

On my visit to this store, there was a little girl in front of me at checkout who was just tickled to be spending her Tooth Fairy Money on a basket of goodies. The cashier promptly dumped out her items as if they were trash. When it was my turn, he did the same thing to my items. When I commented to him that I didn't appreciate it, he made a snarky comment back to me. When I called the store to express my concerns, someone who sounded about 12 years old and claiming to be the manager, got on the phone with an even worse attitude than the cashier's. I don't care if I am at a dollar store or a hundred-dollar store, I expect that both people and their purchases will be treated with respect. One of the worst displays of poor customer service that I have ever seen!

Alot of items,fairly Organized. Store Clerk thin girl with log pony tails and Manager that looked a lil like Charles Manson both Rude.

Great place to shop for low prices. I always love Dollar Tree but they need to keep up with the check out lines. They get to long.

The store manager was decent, but the African American lady ( I believe she was the only person stocking the shelves today) was very rude. She refused to move her u-boat out of the way so that people can shop in the aisles. I understand she has to do her job, but come on, move out of the way just for a second so customers can get what they need! Don't act like you don't hear or see the people around you! She just kept on sighing while she was stocking the shelves as though her job is too strenuous. Poor baby has to work in an air conditioned room..WHA WHA!
