Many products are not priced, meaning you have to go to the front of the store to get a price, stand in line, then return the item to its shelf. I was charged twice for a $32 item and had to return to the store to get my refund, which takes 2-5 business days. Associates ask you if you need help, but never actually slow down to hear your answer, or talk to you. Typical Staples, but when I can't order from Amazon, they're the next on the list if Wal-Mart and Target don't carry what I need.

Waited at customer service to process a shipping return. Several customers were helped before me by another customer service representative before being told “someone will help you when they’re available”. At no point was assistance offered or was there any effort to get another team member to help. Absolutely poor customer service. Temper you’re expectations to zero if you come here looking for help or assistance with whatever you’re looking for.
