Night crew rocked my order 3 hot n spices done within a few minutes and gave me my drink early which I very much appreciated. Thanks guys and gals

This particular location has had trouble all year long with their drink machines. (5/24/23) it was still not much better. Almost always one or the other is out of most all flavors and to day the only machine that had drinks they were all severely water down. Mc Donalds as a whole now avoids consumer interaction so there really is not much of a level of service to judge on I feel like when I'm focused to use the self check out at Walmart... (but I am starting to like there app, has good daily deals so far.) I order the hot n spicy since it's only bargin item left, my sandwich looked half folded over, I took a couple bits before I thought to take a picture. Could be worse, the one in north Orem gave me one with a burnt bun. I guess McDonald's stands are pretty low now.

They have kiosks that you can order from, I ordered from it and was paying the counter there was a gentleman behind me with his credit card out and the worker told him to use the kiosk. He looked very confused and walked over to it. Me and my daughter both noticed that that was extremely rude. He ended up pulling cash out of his wallet and getting in line behind him and the cashier then finally helped him. She was kind to us, I hope she was kind of him. The food was great the service was decent overall it was good.

It could have just been the day, but the two people that helped me first seemed upset that I was asking for the drinks I ordered (it was an online order and they didn't have the cups). I asked if I could get them, and the person grabbed a couple and tossed them onto the counter before walking away. I'm a really anxious person, so I didn't want to mention that she shorted me by three drinks.

Foot prints all over tables, food on floors and soda spilled and sticky. Yuck! Guys just standing at the front of lobby not doing a dang thing and the one lady up front was snappy with me when I asked for a fork. Like there's no way the night crew even did their jobs because the place was filthy when I got there at 8ish am.

Manager was extremely rude. My card did a partial payment, which I didn't know about until getting to the pickup window (because the cashier said great, have a good day). So I pulled out of line to figure out what hairbrush with my card. Quickly resolved the issue, went through the drive thru again. The girl on the speaker told me to pull to the pickup window when I told her I had to finish my payment. Manager at the second window wanted to insist that I go through the drive thru AGAIN, even though I was told to come to that window. She was incredibly rude. Speaking in her forceful tones, telling me to drive around again to pay. I had to say multiple times that I was told to pay at the second window, and i had already been through the line again. She finally let me just pay right there and gave me my food. She rolled her eyes and was talking about me in Spanish (I guess she thought I wouldn't understand), and then I was free to go with my food. Everyone else was kind. She was rude and pushy and it was an awful way to start the day with my kids.

Large fry so skimped on. If I wanted medium amount I would order medium size

This place has cooks who clearly do not read the screen. I have gone twice now on different days to order a Big Mac with no onion no mustard and each time I got onions. The first time I went I was in store and my fiance took it back up and explained I am deathly allergic to onions they took back the sandwich and just wiped off the onion which does not change the fact onion can contaminate the food and gave it back to her upon checking again there was still onion on the big Mac so she took it back again and this time one of the front end staff told them to completely remake it with no onion and even checked it before giving it to us. The second day we go and I order the same thing this time from the app and again I get a big mac with onion. I did not realize it until I was home so was kind of screwed and had to eat something else. I advise training staff to read the screen to prevent allergy related issues like this from happening before somebody gets sick.
