HCP Systems, Urgent and Primary Care

Very bad service on every way. When you call nobody answer the phone and if you go they'll make you go back because they forgot to do more test. Or they live you in the room for more than a hour.

My mother had an appointment today, 6/16/2017, at 3:15pm. We got here at 3pm and was not seen till 5:30pm. This place needs to learn how to schedule people. They said they didn't know who was next. People who came after we got here went before us. It is ridiculous how this office is managed. Great doctors but wow. Never again.

They do have schedule issues. Maybe not so many a day? Other than that everyone I've dealt with here was very nice, especially Dr. Cardenis, he's awesome and will talk you through everything you need to know. Just plan on being there for a bit. Bring a book. They're a new office and still trying to get their footing. Give em a break.

I was given an appointment to see a doctor in April for May. I arrived 15 minuets early for my appointment. I swear to God, 2 hours u0026 20 minuets later I told his assistant that I had been waiting for over 2 hours and she told me he wasn't going to see me on this day but I would have to make an appointment for the next day. I did. I arrived 15 minuets early. There was no one in the waiting room. 35 minuets later they brought me into an inner waiting room where they took my vitals. 20 minuets later the doctor popped his head in the room where I was waiting and when he saw me he said I'll be with you after I see the person who was here before me. (There was no one before me , I checked with the receptionist when I left) He finally came in at 10:25. The appointment was for 9:00 am. This is an absolutely true review, and is not an anomaly for this group.

About the best counseling and psychiatric care you can get in ABQ. Edit: Not sure if they're still open now but their practice was dwindling fast when I visited them last. I'd like to say its due to their sister practice closing suddenly that affected this clinic, but I'm not certain. Adjusted my score from 5 to 3 in order to better suit its present state...

Some of the worst doctors in Albuquerque I would not recommend this place to anyone I wouldn't even allow them to give Healthcare to my dog dr. Cardenas is a joke so was the staff

I took my son here twice (so far) for urgent care. Both times, we had no wait. The doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and they took great care of my boy. Seriously considering changing to this place for primary care.

The staff and the Doctor are awesome! My hole family are now patients and the medical care is great.
