AT&T Store

Tyler was fabulous...I am from NJ, new to area, he was so friendly as well as informative! Kudos to store!!! And there was another young woman there who helped me too!! My only observation is there should be a way to troubleshoot simple questions so people don't wait....

The sales person was amazing. Kailey was very well versed in the products and very helpful and enthusiastic. She had a big smile both times I was there and more than ready and willing to answer ALL my questions - and I had a lot of them. She took her time answering my questions and extremely patient. She made sure I understood everything. Very personable - an excellent representative for your company.

It was really upsetting when my I was asked to leave the store because I had asked for assistance in transferring billing responsibility (after 10 weeks of attempts, both calling and following the online process - all parties were present in the store to facilitate this request). I didn't even get the opportunity to upgrade my phone like I wanted to either. Instead, after vocalizing my frustration (I did not yell), the lead decided to ask me to leave and go to any other ATT store. So I waddled my 8 month pregnant self out of there. I will never go to your location again. Formal complaints have been filed with corporate.
