I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Rachel during my recent visit to Denny's, and I must say that she truly made the dining experience delightful from start to finish. From the moment she greeted me with a warm smile, her friendly and welcoming demeanor set the perfect tone for the afternoon. Rachel's attentiveness throughout the meal was exceptional; she anticipated my needs and ensured that everything was just right. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on, making my meal even more enjoyable. What truly stood out about Rachel was her genuine enthusiasm and positivity. She not only took care of her duties as a waitress efficiently but also engaged in delightful conversations, making me feel like a valued guest. Her cheerful personality radiated throughout the restaurant, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all diners. I often drive a little out of my way to go the Denny's on Freedom Blvd., in Provo. As noted, I think that their food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. I went there with two friends this morning and Rachael greeted us, seated us and brought our drinks right away. She was friendly and took our order just as soon as she delivered food to the people at the table behind us, who had come in earlier. It took no time for the cashier to take our payment and he kindly provided change for a $20, so that I could contribute to the tip.

Rachel was wonderful and friendly. We had a great experience. She catered to our newborn and got us a car seat stand, was able to swap my sausage for steak, and gave us an excellent birthday meal for my husband. Thank you for everything

Rachael was our server. Very friendly. The food was exactly what I wanted and expected from Denney's. I love a big breakfast and they serve a good one. Rachael recommended that I swap the roast out and get the pumpkin pecan pancakes instead. She was right. They were fantastic.

I've been going to this Denny's for a while. I've usually enjoyed my time there hanging out with friends. I usually get pancakes, but this time I felt like changing things up. I got the Zesty Nachos and a Mango smoothie. The full nacho meal was plenty of food for me - good portions of meat, cheese, and sour cream to get you through all the chips. The Mango smoothie was good - no surprises there. My server was pleasant and quick to serve. The food came relatively fast considering our large party and the time of day. Paying up front was easy too.

Great Service, staff was very friendly and got us water. Server was a homie. I had such good service I left a 50% tip, and I never tip well :)

After a long night shift this was a great place to get a midnight meal. I had a free meal coupon in my rewards profile for my birthday and was easily able to order it. The food was pretty good besides my eggs being definitely over easy instead of over medium. I run into that at almost every restaurant though, so I didn't dock a star.
