06-13-2023 16:53Sent my boyfriend in while I shopped at target next door, when I saw him I was livid. His hair is way shorter than it’s supposed to be ( his notes are in the computer and it’s the same every time) the fade wasn’t blended there were lines and it overall looks awful. He also had red marks in several areas and said the guy was really rough on him. I went in to ask for a managers number and or a refund and the guy who did his hair (older man maybe 56-60) said he was the manager and he didn’t know how to do a refund so he’d rather fix it himself. Well he doesn’t have any hair to fix since this guy basically buzzed it all off. Also if he was the manager how would he not know how to do a refund? Calling corporate asap.
