08-21-2023 01:07I went in to the salon to find out that my stylist is no longer with the company. I was a bit hesitant to get my hair cut by this new stylist because of the bad reviews but to my surprise it is the best haircut I have ever had. I left there happy. Glad I gave Chelsea a chance. Highly recommend.

07-16-2023 10:44I had booked my hair appointment a week out after their phone not being answered for a few days, left 2 messages, no call back, finally got ahold of them, then got a phone call 2 days before the appointment that my hair stylist doesn't work here anymore :( I've been going to her since she was at the Ray location that they closed down (which is a super bummer, that was such a nice location). No one else can cut my bangs or style my hair like she does, as she understands my style unlike no one else. Super sad :(( Will not be returning.

06-02-2023 22:38I was the first to quit before the entire staff walked out. The new owners are a joke. We gave them a chance but they are greedy people with terrible personalities. Most of us were there 4-12 YEARS! So waste your money here if you want, that’s all they want from you anyway. If nothing else, DO NOT GET COLOR HERE, Chi color is terrible, go to Sally’s and get ANYTHING else.
