Horrible customer service…. Literally twice as many people working in the store than customers.. Needed to replace air tags that didn’t work anymore (drained battery extremely fast..) had an appointment and waited around for 20 minutes before being helped. Got questioned multiple times about the batteries, use etc…. End of the day I spent over an hour to finally tell me they were outside of the warranty. Absolute complete waste of time, extremely rude and disrespectful staff. 0 stars

Definitely will not return to this store! Brought a phone in for warranty issues. The tech was rude and did not want to fix the phone even though I showed him a couple of the issues. He changed something in my settings and wanted me to come back when the phone is acting up. I showed him the phone was still acting up and he then decided to repair the device. I was told everything but the glass screen would be replaced. He explained everything would be deleted off the phone including my service but they would get the service back on when I picked up the device. When I came back to get my phone the woman assisting me was also rude and in a hurry. She handed me my phone and a glass screen protector that was once on my phone. She said there’s nothing they can do about the screen protector it happens. I then asked her to get my phone reconnected with service. Apparently they couldn’t help me get Verizon back on even though I was told they could. I had to go without service for the rest of the evening Verizon was closed. The next morning I had to drive to a Verizon store to get service back. After two long hours they were finally able to reconnect service it was quite the nightmare as they and tech support at Verizon could not figure out what they did to my phone . I will definitely not be using the Apple Store again. I still have issues with the phone unfortunately, I wonder if they really did fox the phone because it still has some of the issues.

If you're returning a device to this store, and being helped by an associate who is not a TRAINEE, if a particular associate is around (whose name I know but won't disclose, because you know who you are) be prepared for him to interject himself into the transaction to remind the associate you're working with, again who is not a TRAINEE to check the serial number. I was highly offended by this. I'm not a person to play the race card but sometimes when things seem to happen and it appears the color of my skin may be a factor I can't help but wonder... Had I not been a minority would this had happened?!! Are you insinuating that I may return a different item in place of the one that I actually purchased??!! In an attempt to get over or pull a fast one... or known to must as committing a crime!! Well, I guess I'll never know. But, considering this particular associate turned away from the customer he was helping to tell the associate I was working with to make sure he checked the serial number I can't surmise anything other than my skin color played a part in his need to tell a co-worker that was not in training to check the serial number. Then when I asked why he felt the need to interject himself in a transaction that didn't involve him I was met with sarcasim. I do want to point out the associate that was assisting me remained professional throughout this exchange that he was unfortunately caught in the middle of.

Made no effort to replace my battery, said it was in a perpetual reboot/didn’t tell them I took them apart for a living previously for a reseller- so after they declined my offer to repair my phone and made an excuse I bought a battery replacement from a local store NOT apple, and replaced it myself and didn’t you know my phone started right up? If they made an effort, I’d make an effort at a better review. But I’ll never go here again, completely unremarkable Apple Store.

Went to pick up my pre-ordered iPhone 15. Had an appointment. The line was about a mile long. Employee suggested I try again tomorrow. This is NOT why I spent 45 minutes online to preorder so I could get it today. NOT HAPPY!

So crowded and trashy! The place and customers here they don’t understand how to shop and behaved, this mall looks like a disaster! Ugly clothes, when my first entered it I thought I was in Saudi Arabia! Lol people were loud, they didn’t respect it at all, trash everywhere just so rude!

I haven't been in the mall in a few years. Nice to visit. Old food court is gone but there's a new one. Some new stores, most many I wouldn't shop in (wrong demographics now). It's a mall, you know what you're going for. On this visit I saw this cool mini-mini-golf.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is probably one of the worst stores I’ve been to in a while. Went in to buy the IPhone 15 and waited on a line for 5 hours. They ignored people on the line the whole time. It seemed like they were attending to the preorders but that is no excuse for the terrible way we were treated. I called before we came in and they told us that they would be available. Why would you let people come in if you did not plan to attend to them? It’s the cruelest thing I’ve experienced in a while. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. You’d think they were giving us the phones for free or we were begging for handouts. If you’re looking to buy the iPhone 15, avoid this place by all means!
