Worst costumer service ever they advertise same-day delivery one of the reason I decided to go there and it's been 5 days and I haven't received my furniture yet and that's not the problem their unprofessional and lack of communication had me stay home 3 days waiting for them and never show up like I work I can't just stay home waiting for you guys and never show up at this point you should offer free delivery why are you guys even charging delivery for the service you are not given or at least communicate.

Amazing help! Same day delivery! So many options! Great selection amazing customer service so friendly! The next day, promised, advertised same day delivery, sure we got there at 2pm.. so.. next day tomorrow right? No. No update to shipment, didn’t “load” until 2pm, didn’t deliver at all that day, didn’t pick up, didn’t return calls, arrived at 2pm the next day, two days after the $10k purchase promising “same day delivery “ be careful

I told the lady I wanted a 5inch box spring. They loaded the truck I bring it in my home and it’s a 9inch box spring. I call them the very next day to tell them and they say I can’t bring it back even though it wasn’t my fault. Stay far away from this place on Virginia Beach Blvd!!!!

American Freight in Norfolk honestly had great customer service and was an extremely pleasant experience. There was no pressure to buy and they were there to assist when any questions were asked. We were assisted by Steven and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great energy, fun experience and we walked out with great furniture for an amazing price. We will definitely be back!!

man I be sleeping on them couches for 2-3 hours sometimes before I go to work. they got some nice furniture. bought lots from there

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE! It is important that your website and sales are updated. Needless to say, the email confirmation stated someone from the local store would contact me about delivery within 24hrs and no one contacted me by the 23rd hour so I decided to call myself. Only to find out that they don't even have the sofa I ordered online. Was anyone going to call me to let me know? Even worse, the gentleman on the phone says, anything that is on the website that has $0.97 at the end of the price means they no longer have them in stock. Wait... What? How and why would I know that? Is it stated on the website? And why would you advertise something not in stock? Shouldn't it be removed? Saves the issues and complaints. Very frustrating and disappointing

Very poor customer service bought over $3,000 worth of and just I'm sorry our gentleman quit. Don't do business with them save your time
