Well I’ve been going here for over 23 years u0026 + and have always had pretty good service but “ It’s other year and always a new managers “ always a new manager and new employees. (Spanish or English )Time for some ratings updating, ( 1-10 )waiting area zero (0) very dirty (no hospitality coffee ) (4) Was not made for hours early in the morning. Employees in the waiting area /check out area (very good) (8 ) restrooms looks pretty clean ( 7 ) Parking lot OK (8 ) oval over or you still have to be careful and watch OUT FOR price Hiking will get you sometime / Will offer more services than you need to make the money.” OK so let me tell you how it’s working went to the shop to check my air conditioner and see what they need to do to fix it I figured it was just a computer glitch was I right yes when I left the service garage after being told that I need this and I made that and so many other things and that the switch burnt off. (All lies) What a rip off they were going to charge me $500 to fix my air conditioner when I got in the car that was no problem the air-conditioner was fully operating and is still working every day so what switch was broken and burnt off inside the car why was I going to be charged $500 watch out for the sharks there looking for you and your money pretty girl was pretty smell but knows the run the business to make money.

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE BY YOURSELF! This is the typical male ran place that tries to take advantage of single women. I went here to get a wheel alignment. The man at the front refused to do my wheel alignment because he didn’t like my tires. He claimed they were bad. He was lying . He demanded I pay $300 + dollars in order to get the $49 wheel alignment. This place is a SCAM and clearly wants to take advantage of their customers especially women. Since this place thinks we are in the 1950s where men are in charge and women have to hush up and listen, I suggest you have a man take your car to get services. I bet you they will not try to swindle him into getting $300+ dollar tires to get a $49 wheel alignment. I will be taking my business to profix or Mr alignment.

I've been taking my cars to this shop probably from the first day I moved to Charlotte about 5 years ago. I never had a complaint about their service, and I was always greeted with a pleasant attitude...until a few days ago. I brought my car in as soon as they're open like I always do, and I was met by a guy that I had never seen there before. Before I could get a full sentence out of what I needed he was already showing me how annoyed he was that he had to show up for work that day and his attitude was clearly what do you want me to do about it? I immediately walked out and took my business to Honest-1 Auto Care. Sooo, since I have no loyalty when it comes to bad customer service, NO Precision Auto Tune will be getting my business thanks to this guy. Keep your problems at home, dude.

Great experience. Tye did a nice job communicating with me. The mechanic seemed genuinely concerned and helpful.

Went there yesterday to get my ac fixed. They did a excellent job in a timely manner. Will go back

I went there with my own new tire to just be replaced theyvtpok the tire with the nail in it and put it on the back tire and just switched out the other tire to make me spend more money because I didn't buy the tire from them there is no way I got a nail on both tires on the same size I say it's not possible because I checked my tires before going up there so I know it was only one tire I wouldn't advise NOBODY to use there bootleg services they provide
