Gallett Air just installed a new Bosch HVAC system in my residence. Their team of Brian, Ryan, Albert and Zach were extremely professional. They cleaned up everything- even vacuumed. I highly recommend this company.

I called Gallett Air for a quote on a new central air conditioning system for my house. The owner Carmine arrived and gave me a very detailed evaluation of what was needed along with a very fair priced quote. Their team came to my house for the install and they were very friendly and professional. The work was done in 6 hours and conducted in a clean and efficient manner. After getting quotes from a few companies, we chose GalletAir for the installation of 2 minisplits. They weren't the cheapest, but i appreciated the time that the owner- Carmine spent on answering my questions. It was also clear from the beginning that he had a lot of experience in the area- he knew right away the best options and explained everything. The installation took a day - his crew was very professional, hard working and clean. Carmine came right before the work began to make sure everything was prepared and talked to his crew about the project. Also- everyone I spoke with in his office was nice u0026 helpful. GallettAir saved our summer! We have an older unit - which we had invested to repair last year - that did not kick in when we turned it on this season. We met with several companies who suggested replacing the entire system. However, Carmine took a different approach. Instead of launching into a sales presentation he said first let's check to see if we can save you some money. He and his assistant Brian were able to diagnose that the problem lied in the thermostat, not the unit, and quickly got it up and running. He made some suggestions on how we could improve the efficiency of our system and potentially further extend its useful life, and we plan to follow-up with him to make those changes. These guys are great. We called in a service call today Monday memorial Day 2022. We got a call back right away and within less than 2 hours the technician named Brian who was great came to our house and quickly resolve the issue. We've been dealing with this company for roughly 30 years always had a service contract with them because they have been nothing but great to us. Thanks guys hopefully we won't need to use you again anytime soon.

Last week I had installed a new Air Conditioning system in my home by Gallette Air. My old system was well over 20 years old so I was definitely looking to upgrade to a more efficient unit. John and his install crew did really a great job. Very organized professional. Really great experience from beginning to end. I have used Gallette Air for many years now and I have to say Carmine and his team offer the best in class customer support. My opinion, based on my experiences with GallettAir, is that any company doing business of any kind should strive to match their quality. Their professional skills are outstanding, and every one of the staff members I have dealt with, in my home and their office sets an excellent example of how to care for their customers. Not once have they been a disappointment.
