06-24-2023 11:54Trevor Fiorentino took the time to visit our home and discuss our needs. New ceiling lighting. Trevor then put together a proposal and sought out our full understanding of the job and the results. Questions answered, the job was set with the understanding it was to be tidy, this was NOT new construction. Techs Justin and Eric arrived unloaded all of their equipment, put on their booties (protective boot overcoats, or removed their boots and worked in their stocking feet) to keep our floor clean. The fellows were friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing and performed their jobs in a fine workman like manner. They kept their work area spotless much beyond our expectation. They tested the lighting for performance before departing and asked if all appeared to be in order before they left. The final bonus point came when a week or so later after we had paid for the job and all was said and done, Trevor Fiorentino called to inquire if all was in order and if there were any comments about the service his company had provided to us. That floored us! A follow up call from the owner. We are more than pleased to recommend Harmonic Series for their services.
