Levi’s Store

A little smaller than expected, with a really open concept, so not a whole lot of stock. The men's section seemed bare when compared to the outlet store u0026 considering the extensive styles online. Staff was extremely friendly, but the single dressing room attendant was swamped. I love the custom denim bar, you can get tailoring, patches, new buttons, or swap your zipper for a button-fly!!!

Nice store with a good mix of mens, womens, denim, and apparel. The store was relatively busy on a Saturday, but there was enough staff that you never felt neglected. The selection of denim was somewhat limited, but I was still able to find a couple pairs I liked. They have a custom embroidery and alteration station, which was pretty neat. The patrons did appear to skew towards adolescence, but I didn't feel out of place. Recommended!

This Levi’s store is the worst, every time. They have the worst customer service. (Which seems to be a pattern looking at the reviews which say “bad customer service” going back NINE YEARS) They refuse to match online prices. Why? Are you privately owned? Lol. They won’t let you order thing to their store. With so much theft in this city, that’s ridiculous! The manager always seems angry and like she hates her job and is completely rude. (The one who shaved her head.) I’m sick of coming here and being so disappointed that it makes me hate Levi’s. Figure it out. It’s not that hard to do customer service. Sucks that it’s the only one close. You’d probably have better luck buying/ ordering from Target/Amazon!!!

Parking isn’t an easy but good location for tourists. Popular spot in Portland, Oregon. Store is really nice, neat, clean and organized. They have security guards and cameras I feel comfortable shopping with kiddos. They have wheelchair and stroller way. Easy to move when I shopped there with my baby. Crews are nice, kind, friendly and caring for customers. We bought shorts and shirts for kids.

I called twice To verify closing time and both times the employee Sarah told me 7pm (as Google stated) But upon seeing others showing up to closed and locked doors after 6pm I expressed my concern. Locked the door in my face as I reached for the door handle. 6:08 pm Thanks Sarah

Generally it's a fine store. Pant quality is trending down (Levi's used to be eternal) and I'm not sure if it's because of the cotton they use or the elastic that's in the pants. Also, selection here is spotty. I leave without what I need, try Amazon, and have an order arriving in a day or two at half the price and no attitude from the shopkeeps who think that's warranted... at the Levi's store.

I had the most exceptional customer experience here! I did not receive my attendants name but she quickly helped me find the correct size and style even though I wasn’t really sure what I wanted in the beginning! I left having ordered my now favorite pair of jeans ever online, which she had also helped me with! The team here is honestly amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
