Dr. Michael Beck

Had a quick two minute conversation with the man and was very put off considering he was entitled to his 50 years of service and he wouldn't accept me potentially being open with him and saying I'm shopping around for a therapist to see who fits best. Yea I don't do that ...so good luck if you do end up selecting him

If it wasn’t for Dr. Beck I wouldn’t be alive today. I went through a very difficult break up, I was extremely depressed and thought about bad things..u003e I wanted out. Although I usually see Dr. Beck once a week, during this time he called me on a daily basis and we spoke briefly. This was enough to prevent me from following through. I’ve gotten my life back in order and I’m doing much better thanks to him. Thank you very much Dr. Beck and all you do. 😊🙂🤗

My friend was on the phone with him and has had 4 sessions so far. I believed he was a psychiatrist as that's what it said on his page. I find out today through my friend that he's a therapist and that there is a co-pay. My friend is in no financial status to do co-pays right now. On top of that, this man encouraged my friend to talk to his father even after everything my friend has told this man about his dad. I cannot believe this, update the information on your page. It is false and you're tricking your patients. When my friend asked if he's a psychiatrist there was no response. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I can't call out the fact that you're a scam.

This “dr” thought best for my teen daughter to lay in lounge sofa during seasons. When I told him she, and I, am uncomfortable with that, he said she needs to learn to be submissive. Run fast in opposite direction!! There is something wrong with this man.

great doctor, helps with all my anxiety issues and takes the time to listen to every issue i have on a weekly basis. gives great feedback advice and great medical diagnosis for my issues

Just got off the phone with Dr. Beck for some therapy sessions for my daughter who has to deal with an abusive alcoholic mother and he says without even meeting or knowing my daughter “Sounds like she has some problems, I wouldn’t be interested in that” Ok doc, Where did you get your degree!! Nice manners Dbag!!

When I began treatment I was suffering from anxiety and depression that was frequently leading to self-destructive behavior. It was explained to me that I would be talking about the events and people in my past who provoked those feelings, but that Dr. Beck would not react to me in the way that people who had caused my anxiety and depression reacted to me in the past. Because of this, as I continued to talk things out, my anxiety and depression levels decreased and my overall functioning in life improved.
