04-03-2023 21:38The services at this location might be great, but if you cannot get someone on the phone to give you an appointment or inform you about what services they offer it doesn't really matter how great they are if you cannot get in. I am not sure what is going on with this place. The website claims that Brentwood has both a residential program and an outpatient program. I called and a woman named Sara(h) picked up and she told me that there was no outpatient program. However, my boyfriend had called a few minutes before and a man that answered told him they did have outpatient services and took his information. (He was very cordial and offered to give my boyfriends information to the appropriate staff member). I called again (Sara answered) and when I asked again she said to me very rudely that she already told me that they didn't have outpatient services. I told her that my boyfriend had called and was given a different answer and that it also said otherwise on the website, but she continued talking down to me and wouldn't answer my question. She kept insisting that they did not have outpatient services. The Phoenix House might offer great services, but I will never know because I cannot even get an appointment to find out what services they offer or an answer on what services they do provide.
