JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This post is to directly complain about the manager of Hulen Center JoAnn Keyla. During my transaction she assault my husband and I over an item that was stocked and priced wrong by her team member. The item was labeled $3.79 and rang up at $16+. I showed her the picture I had just walked over and taken during the transaction. She immediately got defensive, told us that if we didn't hurry up she would throw us out! I asked the cashier for her name and her managers name, that I incorrectly heard due to a genetic hearing disability that I have. When I asked the cashier to repeat herself the manager replied repeatedly she told you. I told her I had a genetic hearing disability and she laughed in my face. A moment later she gave another customer her name and spelled it out. Her name is Keyla. I'm so disappointed because this was my favorite JoAnn store in the entire area. Every time I interacted with Keyla previously she had been very helpful. Apparently, she must have felt that customer service was not necessary and that making fun of the ADA community was ok. So sad.

I love Joann's! Been shoping here since before it was Joann's. This Joann's is great, except it is a bit smaller store. I went to buy yarn that the selection was not what I was expecting. And almost totally wiped out. Might have been the sale, but was a bit disappointed.

This saddens me to submit. I have been a Joanns customer since it was located on Trail Lake. I was excited and heartbroken at the same time because the customer service was so great. I received a lot of helpful advice from the ladies who worked there. Flash forward to Tuesday (14March), I was waiting at the cut table…been there a long time. They totally overlooked me and started to cut someone else’s order. 😮 I made a statement to the girls working behind the counter, and never once did they try to rectify their mistake. I’m sorry Joanns, but this relationship is not going to work out. It’s me and not you…I want too much.

The customer service is very friendly and informative. They had fabric on sale for $6.99 and $9.99

I was only there because my gave me a gift card to there, supporting my small business!!! It's kinda expensive, but the silk flowers are very beautiful!!!

I love JOANN Fabric and Crafts. It’s most certainly a crafters utopia. I pay frequent visits and I appreciate the military discount very much.

The store was in complete disarray. The aisles are disorganized- especially the clearance section- to the point when you grab one thing, other items topple over. All the while, the employees are entirely unhelpful and stand around talking while the store is going out of business around them. No wonder Joanns have been going out of business all over the country. I'm a huge fan of Craft stores and usually love them but this was an entirely bad experience.
