Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin

My dog was screaming in pain and we rushed him straight in; the support staff at the front desk were great they got in to the treatment area quickly and gave him pain medication until the doctor was able to see him. Dr. Rob was great he called and went over all his exam findings and was super nice. So happy they took great care of him. You guys are great.

I have never been to this Veterinary Clinic until today. I had to bring my 14 old dog in... Sadly we had to put him down. They were so nice, understanding and caring. The Doctor took the time to sit with me and just talk while I was crying my eyes out. They were swamped but he still took the extra time with me. I will definitely bring my other dogs here if needed. They are awesome. This was my poor baby we had to put down. RIP... Cosmo we will miss you.

I lost my co pilot and best friend from a tumor in his heart. Dr. Hill and all of the staff at the clinic were very kind and caring. It is a difficult process to go thru and they made Tucker as comfortable as possible. It is the people that make a clinic and they have an excellent staff.

Thank you for taking care of our sweet little girl! We came to Tualitin for a second opinion after another vet recommended emergency surgery, and they quickly and confidently took care of her. Thanks to the providers and staff, we were able to avoid surgery and pick up our healthy, happy puppy 12 hours later! We are so grateful for everyone there.

They made the worst night of my night as easy as it could be. My husky’s intestines twisted in the middle of the night (terminal if left untreated). Unfortunately he had been diagnosed with cancer months ago and was in hospice, so this was the end. They made it as easy as possible with friendly people, affordable pricing, care credit, a nice room with couches and dog art on the walls, and a quick turn around for the ashes (4 days). They were respectful, honest, prompt, and trustworthy. Thank you, team. I appreciate and will never forget how you sent my fur baby off.

Our poor boy was quite sick, and his normal veterinarian could not get him in. We are very appreciative of the process at this facility. They registered all of our information by phone, had us drive down and wait for him to be assessed which took about 15 to 20 minutes, told us he was running a fever with a high respiration rate, but he was stable and we could wait at home until they were able to see him. He did take about 14 hours but the next morning they called and said they were ready for him and we took him right down. diagnosed kennel, cough and pneumonia and prescribed medication. Total cost was so reasonable! This was our first time having to go through a vet emergency room, so we were pleasantly surprised by The efficient process, the professional staff, and the cost for service.

This emergency clinic is amazing! They saved my cat! She originally came in for a high fever but with other investigations they found she also had a foreign body! They were able to treat her URI and also get the foreign body out! They are so thorough and very kind and compassionate towards their animals they treat! The staff and doctors themselves were amazing to be in contact with! Soraya our little trouble child is doing superb and STAYING out of trouble! Thank you everyone so much! ❤️ 6/11/23 Soraya had another FUN trip to the vets! No blockages thankfully! DR Keith is Amazing! These vets at this clinic love and care for their patients! My dog has been a frequent flyer to this hospital for many years now (she is very accident-prone), and every time we have to go in, she goes trotting up to the doors and wiggles her way in to greet the staff like she's not about to cost me a bunch of time and money 😂 but being excited to go to the hospital is the best indicator that your pet has always been well taken care of, right? I've also called many times over the years just to get advice on whether or not we should come in, and they are always so kind and patient over the phone even though I know they have a million other things going on. They're very honest and have told me many times that they don't think I need to bring her in and just to watch her for certain symptoms. The doctors and staff are very compassionate and are well-trained in holding space for us humans and our emotions, which is a critical component to emergency care. My girl is there right now doing a couple overnights, and she's having a great time hanging out with the staff and being social with everyone. I can't believe I haven't written a review until now, and I figured I should rectify that. I unreservedly recommend EVCOT to all of my dog training clients and friends who have pets. Take an extra moment to thank your veterinarian and techs; it's such a hard and often thankless job.
