Dr. Ariel Figueredo, MD | Complete Women’s Care

First of all I would like to clarify that I do not usually give bad reviews anywhere but I am truly disappointed with the team at this office. The people who work at the front desk are very unprofessional. The last time I had my appointment, I was waiting in the car for more than an hour, and nobody came out or called to give me explanations. I had to be calling and asking for explanations of when they would call me. At the end ,I had to leave because I had other things to do. After this visit, a bill came to my house about this visit and I did not understand why and I called the office and the blonde lady ,who told me her name was Mily, answered me and disrespectfully I was telling her about my health insurance suddenly she asked my name and I was mentioning my insurance name ,at the same time ,and she asked me if my name was Florida Blue. Her actitud bothered me a lot. There was no need for that. Especially because they had made a mistake with my insurance policy. Then I got another bill again from Quest Diagnostic from that visit for $ 634. Again they billed everything with my wrong insurance ID. The truth is ,they have very bad attention with the patients .On the other hand, Dr Figueredo is very professional ,definitely very good at his profession. It's a shame that his staff is not the same.

His the best Gynecologist ever , I’ve been with him for 18 years and I wouldn’t change him . Thank you . The staff are amazing and a very organized and clean office .

I had a appointment yesterday and I felt extremely happy with the treatment I had received! I have had a horrifying year of surgeries, infections, and continuous complications and I feel like I finally have a caring team to take care of my health concerns. The staff was wonderful to me in all aspects! The office was extremely busy and the ladies where fantastic!! Thank you!

My experience in this clinical site (Miami) was amazing. Dr Figueredo and Dr Figueredo Jr are extremely kind and professional. Best attention and quality care.
