H and R Block obviously is a tax service agency. These people know the tax codes, obscure tax codes as well. They keep records back many years, as if someone looses tax information,it can be retrieved with one phone call to a national number. They attempt to keep the client with one specific specialist, however should that agent be unavailable, somebody will assist you. The tax specialists are not just a one and done training either. Training and special awairness is ongoing and consistent. Curtisy and respect is given to all. Not to mention if special and specific protection is required, yes absolutely H an R Block is ready and capable of providing that level of support for the client as well. I have and always have had a solid working relationship with this agency for a long time and Respect and professional conduct and kindness is and always has been there hallmark.
