To earn a review from me is pretty insane. After 10 years and dozens of crazy repairs, I'm putting my stamp on their service and knowledge. They've done what others couldn't. And the keep the trail community glued together. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Broken spoke is by far the best bike shop in town! The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am hard on my bikes and I am never there long before they fixed it for me! When I was buying my next bike, I was getting very flustered with all the choices and not knowing what I should get. They helped me narrow it down and find the best bike for me! I love that they are always getting the community together with group rides. Thank you for everything!

Both TK (at De Pere) and Alex downtown helped my husband and me with our new bikes purchase and both gentlemen were AMAZING! They were extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly, and helpful. They taught us everything we need to know about caring for the bikes. Alex even walked us to our vehicle to help us get the bikes in (going so above and beyond). Anything we will ever need for our bikes, we will return! Recommend 100%!!!

Had higher expectations, but when it was time to buy a $3000 bike, the cashier in the arm sling was incredibly rude, said he couldn't go lower in price (even though someone told us the other day they could since it's the end of the season) and refused anything extra besides a water bottle. We wanted to do business at Pete's Garage but they were closed. We regret not holding out. The young guy didn't seem to care about his job and was rude when the debit card was ran as credit and was declined. I've NEVER had such rude service in retail around Green Bay. Hoping the store owner reaches out.
