S & A Equipment Rental

Owners are rude and all about money. Charges you a hidden fee after you arrive and reserve the equipment. Equipment is old and breaks down on you from wear and tear then blame it one you with no refund even though you could not finish your project. Will not be going back.

Prices have been fair but everyone knows owner is mean obnoxious and arrogant. Raise your price a couple bucks and hire some folks with some PR skills. Owner has no business being involved with customers! Caveat Emptor

Not only have I been getting my propane refilled here for over 10 years I've also rented several pieces of equipment. The last item was a trencher so I could run a line from my house out to my new garage. The rental was painless, the equipment was in great shape but maybe left a little muddy from the previous renter. All in all this is the only place I've been renting from due to the niceness and professionalism.

Reserved a piece of equipment last week for today, isn't available yet. Then before equipment gets back they tell me they only rent out to a 25 mile radius. Wondering why I wasn't told this last week? Drove over an hr for a waste of time. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Not even professionally friendly. The moment I walked in I knew I wasn’t welcomed. I had Ohio license you only rent to people with Indiana license simple as that. No need to be dismissive and rude especially because you rented to someone with an Ohio license before.

I recently had frozen pipes which led to a flooded basement. Su0026A rented me the proper equipment for a week. When I mistakingly returned them too early, they allowed me to pick it back up and continue the weeks contract instead of starting a new contract with higher daily rates. They are now my equipment and propane go to.

I rented equipment here for years never had a bad experience.Staff does a nice job gets you in and out satisfied, customer.
