WDC Kitchen & Bath of Oxnard

My daughter and I went into WDC in Oxnard to look for a refrigerator for her home, as soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted with such welcoming faces. Chanell and Abul asked how they can help, they led us to the refrigerator Abul explained all the differences of each refrigerator she was interested in and he allowed her to choose what would be best for her and her family, without any pressure of going out of our budget. We were in and out of there quickly and happy with our purchase. I will definitely recommend WDC to my family and friends. Chanell and Sarfaz were extremely helpful. Stopped in for a new dryer and left with a washer as well....couldn't pass up the deal they were offering.

My dad Jack recently went into Wdc to look for a new dryer for my grandma. The two most wonderful ladies, store manager chanell and sales rep Maria, were unbelievably helpful in picking out a new dryer. The process was very helpful and enjoyable. Everything went very smoothly. The dryer was delivered the next day right on time. The whole experience absolutely perfect! Thanks to both of them!!

I’m writing review for my friend Dennis Solomon. He shopped in this store in the spring of this year and received his product last month in August. He was not only extremely happy with the service that he received but also the products. Sarfaz, assisted him with picking his products and was extremely professional and kind. The manager, Chanell, followed up with all of Dennis’ needs and requests. She runs an amazing team and building. I highly recommend WDC in Oxnard Happy customer!

Chanell is amazing- needed a small fridge and she helped me get 1 asap for my needs. Spoke to her outside of work, she talked me into coming in, never been to WDC before and thought the showroom was beautiful. Sarfaz u0026 Mahmud helped load it and will be for a mattress very soon

I highly recommend WDC Oxnard for any new appliances needs. In the past year I have needed a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine, and Chanell and Maria have been so helpful and knowledgeable at each step of the process. Their delivery drivers are always courteous and prompt. They always have the best customer service and I will never shop anywhere else.

I called the Oxnard store because I needed help. I was in need of a new stove u0026 microwave and the Store Mgr, Chanell, helped me over the phone and was gracious enough to do all the footwork for me since I cannot drive. I was then able to speak to Sarfaz and before I knew it I was all set for new units, install and delivery. Seamless. The delivery drivers were kind, gracious and on time. I am so happy with the service and will tell all my friends and family. I love that Oxnard store.
