we met one nice person....but the others made us feel as if we were bothering them. we ask for help and got no where. i wish i could remember the nice lady's name, she should het a raise. she was nice, knowledgeable, and even showed my daughter an app to get discounts !

I feel like I don’t exist in this store. I stood in line to get help, Tammi was already helping a lady but Debbie came u0026 instead of asking me if I need help, she went ahead u0026 help the lady that came after me 😭 Tammi walked her customer to the front while Debbie disappeared somewhere when she was about to help me 😭 not sure if it’s my skin color or what cause I’m trying to understand what was the difference between their customers and I, as a HUMAN BEINGS..so I asked the question that I needed an answer for but didn’t get the effort to see if they have it on the floor 😔 if I knew where’s what, would they even think I would ask questions?? I don’t know about this kind of service as far as being a brown skin individual. Here is Tammi, laughing u0026 chatting with more customers, it hurts to be standing here, feeling helpless u0026 no one around to help. I’m still standing here and still no one to help a sister out. I will go to Hobby Lobby, where they seriously treat you like YOU BELONG ☹️

This store has always been awesome. It's full of crafty possibilities. I was at this store a couple of weeks ago looking for material to replace the dust cover on our sofa. I saw online that this store had what I needed but I had no idea where to look. I stopped the first associate I laid eyes on, showed her a pic and she smiled and said, Follow me! She led me right to it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Being helped by knowledgeable staff shouldn't fill me wonder or amazement and yet here we are. I highly recommend this store for all your creative needs!

Need to know anything about sewing and quilting? Ask for Carol at Joann’s Fayetteville! I went in today to purchase a few supplies for an Art Project for my UARK grandson. Unfortunately, the project required quilting and I was clueless! Then I met Carol…she gave me many pointers that I did not know, even though I have been sewing for over 60 years! Tonight, my grandson is sitting at my sewing machine quilting an amazing 3’ x 4’ hand appliquéd quilt!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for Carol!!

By far my favorite crafting place to go to. Their coupons are amazing, the savings really stack up with coupons plus their deals. They offer curbside pick up, regular in store shopping and you can order online. They don't have as many options as hobby lobby in terms of home decor, but thats because Joann's is truly just a crafting store. My experience with curbside pick up has always been great, the employees are typically waiting for me to pull up once I submit that I am on my way.

Tried to use their curbside pickup on their site because I couldn't afford the full price, spent an hour typing and retyping my card info, and I know I typed it correctly nearly every time, but their site kept saying incorrect card info. I guess they don't actually want anyone using that discount.
