We entered the showroom and was pleasantly greeted my Micky who helped us navigate and find what we were looking for. Rob and Romeo made a few deliveries to our home. the furniture arrived in perfect condition, and they placed exactly where we wanted it. if Howard Lorton didn't have it on the floor, Micky searched to find everything we wanted.

We ordered two high-end, custom-designed Hancock and Moore sofas from Howard Lorton during the last Thanksgiving sale, one a Motion-Your-Way recliner and the other, a Your-Way Sofa. Beth O'Neill patiently spent about 3 hours with us and did a great job of explaining and assisting us in selecting and designing the sofas. The sofas were delivered about 3.5 months after order and they look beautiful! Rob, Bryan and Josh, the delivery folks, were par excellence. They were right on time, very professional, courteous, and polite, and handled the furniture with great care as they brought them through the door. They helped assemble and test everything and even helped position the sliders below the sofa legs. These guys were amazing and we are very pleased with our experience.

My Castelle outdoor furniture was delivered today as promised. Fernando and Jody did a great job setting everything up and leaving the area spotless.

Just want to recognize the excellent team of Rob and Romeo in the delivery of two leather chairs today. These men were courteous and professional. I received a call the day prior to my expected delivery. They were on time and warmly introduced themselves when they arrived. We have a good number of steps to our front door, but they were happy to accommodate. Very happy with my experience.

Rima was knowledgeable of her product lines, provided insightful design ideas and was patient in working with me. I would definitely recommend her and, of course, Howard Lorton has fabulous furniture!

You couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Liz at Howard Lorton. She went above and beyond to find an elegant, power lift recliner for my elderly mother. She is also understanding and patient. Nice qualities. Thanks!

Great service. We waited four months for a custom sofa. Unfortunately, it was 6 inches shorter than what we ordered. Howard Lorton took it back. Sadly we have to start over.
