The Home Depot

If you order online and expect this store to have your order ready to pick up that day for items that are in stock.....good luck. These people are horrible and hang up on you when asked for someone to pick the product [ two small items ] and have them available at the service desk. They tell me that I can pick them myself. What's the purpose of having a pick up at the front desk if you have to do it yourself? Home Depot, you need to fire your customer service desk folks and hire people that can accommodate ProXtra customers who spend thousands of dollars at their store. The people working at this store obviously could care less.

Home Depot is a one-stop-shop for all your DIY needs, with their vast collection of home improvement products and materials. The store is incredibly organized, with everything from lumber to paint, and hardware to power tools, all arranged in a logical and straightforward manner, making it easy to locate what you need. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer service, as the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, my experience at Home Depot was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

Be careful in the checkout to wait for Sherry to tell you which checkout you can use. There are self checkouts - but she’ll call you down if you go to one without her permission. She’ll send you back to the end of the line. You might want to go to the Mississippi store where they are very polite and helpful. 10/19/2023 10:20am

Honestly the WORST Home Depot I have shopped at. Tried calling to ask a question about doors u0026 window and was hung up on 4-5 times. Transferred to a manager and he did not listen to my question and immediately transferred me to the same doors u0026 windows department that continuously hung on me each time I called. Don’t get me started on their EXTREMELY POOR inventory control and customer service.

It’s a Home Depot, so you probably know what to expect. This is a nice location, well stocked, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I really like that you can recycle batteries and lightbulbs here - it’s hard to find somewhere to do so, and it’s really important (and I think it might actually be illegal to dispose of them in any other way, including putting them in the regular garbage that goes to a landfill). I’d recommend this place for sure.

Two stars because they had the tool we needed yet it was almost impossible to get , we asked 6 people to open the lock in section 22 so we can buy the tool yet 5 out of 6 employees were clueless and unable to help or point in the right direction. The last person told us they would call someone over and for us to wait by the case , that wait time turned out to be 50 minutes, in what time I was contemplating it would have been faster for us to drive to Lowe’s and get the tool. So frustrating and very disappointing customer service

Very busy and terribly understaffed. I tried curbside pickup after the order pickup line was a 30 minute wait to nowhere and thirty minutes later I'm still sitting in my car. Alot of cops wandering around, I'd rather see more employees to help the store.....pay your people more? I don't know....

Great bunch of people working here. Will be coming here if I need any help for my mountain bike again. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get my bike in order. Highly suggest this shop.
