10-11-2023 18:37Sterling was a pleasure to work with fixing my Mac Book Air after my cat spilled coffee all over it. He did such a thorough job making sure to clean the inside of the mac and was right on the money with what parts needed to be replaced. The communication with him and the team at this location was very fluid and easy. All the guys at this location are very genuine, really care, and are super helpful. I'm not one to readily trust a company (especially insurance companies) and after this experience, I'm happy I went with them. I highly recommend this location and the team that works there.

09-27-2023 06:39Just stopped by to see why my phone wasn't charging u0026 was out the door in less than 10 minutes. 👍 Juan helped me and was humorous, very approachable, and professional. I appreciated him after being stressed about my phone, would 100% come to him again. Service is a bit pricey, but they're efficient, useful, and experienced.

07-31-2023 06:26The staff went above and beyond to make sure my repair was taken care of. The staff was kind, timely and made my overall experience enjoyable. I am so thankful for their help and the care they took to repair my phone, and I will continue using Asurion for my all phone and tech repairs!

06-23-2023 03:26I brought in my Nintendo Switch in for a diagnostic appointment in hopes I could get assistance finding out why my switch wouldn’t turn on. I was told it would take 3-5 days for them to call me back from the day I brought it in, two weeks later and I heard nothing. I called twice on different occasions and was met with a busy signal each time. The employees were not rude nor disrespectful; however, this experience was a massive waste of my time. Be ware if you’re planning to bring in any gaming console. You will be at the bottom of their priority list!

05-15-2023 15:29A worker informed me after I showed up for my appointment that they didn't have any Pixel 6a screens in stock to replace my cracked one, and that it would take a couple of days to receive one. Now why they didn't check to confirm they had it in stock once I made my appointment is beyond me. If they would have they could have called to inform me so I wouldn't waste time or gas driving into the store. Also, I'm not sure why this is an authorized google repair shop if they don't have plentiful stock of popular screens or be able to at least have one delivered from another store rather than make the customer wait.
