09-10-2023 16:34I am a lifelong SLC resident and have frequented the Gateway in the past. I got a parking ticket in May while parked in a spot that I believed was public city parking. There were no signs indicating that it was private parking, so, being that it was well after 6 pm, I didn't feed the meter. I received a ticket, which is understandable, but the frustrating thing is you cannot call anyone to talk to, and you can only dispute online, which I did, giving an explanation as to why I hadn't paid the meter. I had absolutely zero response back about the status of the dispute, even though you have to enter an email address if you are dipsuting. I had to keep checking the site, and finally, the status on their site showed that I owed $50.00! $50.00 dollars for a parking ticket! No explanation for the decision. No email regarding anything about it. Nothing. So, Gateway management, you got your money for the parking, but if that's the way you want to treat your patrons, then never again will I spend a single dollar for entertainment, shopping or dining at the Gateway Plaza.

07-20-2023 12:39The plaza is a really cool place to be. Literally, the fountains will keep you cool. Super fun place to visit! So many cool Stores and things to do. It was a little quiet. Not a lot of people. There is fountains and a cute little candy store. There is hotels and the Planetarium along with some restaurants and the Dave u0026 Busters arcade with s restaurant in it! Overall my family loved it!

07-03-2023 02:06I sure do have a soft spot for The Gateway. I wish that a solution could be found to having some actual shops to shop at there like there once was. Such a rad facility with so much potential. I do love that they are able to host things like The Urban Flea Market and the chalk art installations. The Urban Arts Gallery is rad too! They also do a great job at keeping it clean all things considered. Let’s get some more businesses in there, guys!

06-28-2023 10:11We attended the Urban Arts Festival at Gateway today. It was terrific. We found several items to purchase u0026 the atmosphere was very pleasant. Lots of shade and comfortable places to sit in between looking at the art. We ate at Comfort Bowls which was delicious. There was good entertainment to listen to as well. We went back to the Urban Arts Festival 2022 today. Again, it was very enjoyable. We found many items to purchase. The festival is free and on Sunday the parking is free too. We look forward to going to this festival each summer.
