Ayala, was very helpful in getting my grandson an outfit for a job interview. She pleasant, very attentive. Ayala was knowledgeable, and new her store. Danny is 6'2 big boy. Thank you Ayala good job.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Macy's thanks to an exceptional worker Genille in the men's department. Her knowledge and helpfulness made my shopping trip truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect items, providing valuable insights and suggestions. Her friendly demeanor and professional attitude were truly commendable. Macy's is a wonderful department store with so many great sales going on all the time. And you also get rewarded when you buy things in the form of Macy's cash. I recently was able to get $10 off some Nike shoes I bought at Macy's due to a recent purchase. Macy's is a bit of American nostalgia as well too. The Macy's at Arden Fair Mall is always very busy on the weekends , especially during the holidays. Just be aware of that. Everything is really crowded at this time of year. Otherwise I highly recommend it. There is also a Macy's in downtown Sacramento that is far less crowded. That one is also just as nice, if not nicer. It is adjacent to the golden one center and has its own parking structure. Which Macy's does validate for.

I was in Arden Way Macy’s on Sunday night because I realized there is Father’s Day sale. I purchased a very nice wedding which initially was $400. I was in the fitting room and the front desk paged everyone to leave the store by 8:00. I rushed to the first floor to check out but most of the staff were gone. We met “ Scot” he was wonderful, kind, respectful, and patient with us. He was a cashier at the Women's Shoe desk. In the middle of scanning the suit, we figured out my purchasing item doesn't have a scan tag on it. He gave us external time to find a similar time with a tag. He spent almost 30 min of his time helping us. I appreciate this person and I would like to ask his manager to raise his salary and give him a higher-level position because he deserves to serve in a better position. He told me his a father of two kids. Happy Father's Day to him again.

Got ignored by three workers in Customer Service. One was pretending to clean her area, the other one talking to the other employee. With no other customers. Disregarding customers is one way to not make money for your company. Other than that everything was great. My wife loved the large amount of clothes available.

Place has rapidly declined since removing commissions for the sales people. The sales are not great anymore. Seems like the store is always on sale meaning there isn't a real sale. Stores conditions are looking like a Kmart or Sears.

Home goods sale is awesome. Got another good 7 piece comforter set for $29.99. It's not a very think one but extremely pretty and reminds you of and old school jacquard comforter bedding ensemble

Great experience!! We drove 4+ hours just for the toy's R us inside Macy's and we were not disappointed they even had a table with discounted toy's. The selection could have been bigger but we know that this is not a toy's R us rather a store that sells toy's R us items. They did have a bench with a plastic Geoffrey the giraffe 🦒 for a great photo op! I love that my Macy's card allows me to purchase toy's R us items as well! The cashier was super polite and very helpful and informative.
