Mathnasium

Mathnasium is helping my kid, she improved her grade on her last test this week at school. The staff is great.

Excelente program, Mathnasium has helped our child so much!!!! They care and identify the learning gaps. They help build those learning bridges and empower our child which also helps build confidence and a want to learn a subject that he struggles in. Will continue in this program and highly recommend.

As lead instructor, I can honestly say this center goes above and beyond helping kids understand math. I’ve witnessed a countless number of ‘aha’ moments as students understand, comprehend, and master their material. Mathnasium is a fun, friendly atmosphere where kids confidence in math only continues to flourish.

My daughter is passing. She’s finally beginning to learn her math. Nice environment for her to learn.

Mathnasium is currently helping my child to build confidence with her current Math grade and its concepts (with its one on one tutoring provided when help is needed). They also help with homework which is a plus and provide feedback on growth and weak areas which they do skill building exercises to help reinforce, which is great.

Being an instructor at Mathnasium and having the opportunity to help students improve their math skills has been a wonderful experience. We've made learning math a fun and effective process that not only helps them perform better in the classroom but also helps reshape their attitudes toward academia. We always look forward to helping our students meet their goals in math learning!

This place is overpriced, understaffed, and it did nothing to help my child. I sent my child here for almost a year even during the summer. They assessed my child and it did not go so well because my child is not a good test taker. The math they assigned was almost kindergarten math for a second grader who knew mostly everything on the worksheets. They just give children a big book of worksheets to work through everyday. I was paying $300+ a month for a workbook essentially. When I initially signed up I was told it would be more one on one close knit tutoring. But it was the opposite. They only had 2 or 3 tutors at a time and about 10 students per tutor during the busiest times. I didn't feel like the place was run very well because they kept losing tutors. Some of the tutors seemed bored and not as willing to help as others. My child actually did not enjoy going because she was not learning anything. I cancelled and I was still charged for an extra month that they said I could gift to someone (insert eyeroll). I would not send my child back to this place.

The staff at Mathnasium are very professional and go above and beyond to help my child get up to speed. The really go the extra mile! I am very pleased with the attention given to my child. Regardless of what center you choose, I myself have been a member to both Aliante and North Las Vegas locations. Rucha really cares about your needs and has always been pleasant to work with. Shane, Natalia, Ana, and Christina are all outstanding instructors. They all have a passion for the job and sometimes stay beyond their work hours a few more minutes to finish working with students. You really can't go wrong with any of the instructors. Currently my child is at the new center on East Deer Springs, North LV. My child works closely with instructors Isaac and Whitney and let me say they are the best. I really appreciate all they do and looking forward to my child continuing to attend Mathnasium.
