Pros: Some staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist Cons: They don't carry a full line of products that other locations do; some staff members were too busy talking to each other to assist customers; one of the staff members was a man with super long sparkly nails and tons of ridiculous eye makeup like a circus clown 🤡 , and he dressed like he was going to a club rather than showing up to be a professional. Women do not appreciate men who pretend to be women, in their sacred spaces, and especiallytryingto advise us on beauty. . It makes us uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I will avoid this store in the future 😔.

I paid extra to have the “elite” stylist because I needed someone who knew what they were doing. Waste of money. Highlights were chunky and sloppy. She must of dropped bleach in one big spot on the top of my head she kept wiping it with a towel and didn’t say anything. Didn’t realize until I got home there was a big bleached spot. Waste of $230

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from here last Thursday around 5pm. I arrived here exhausted after a long day at work and asked for a color and hair cut. I specified that I wanted my hair a little shorter in the back than the front but I did not get what I asked for. I went in excited to see the final result but I spent so much money to end up wearing a hat the next day because I definitely didn’t like how my hair turned out and on top of I was treating myself for my birthday but I didn’t enjoy it the way I wanted due to my hair disappointment!.

Ulta shopping trips is like therapy for me. I can walk around this store for 2 hours in complete joy. I love the staff here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recently visited with my mother in law and she used the beauty services. Her hair came out gorgeous. Definitely would recommend.

Josefina is detail oriented and I trust her expert advice when making decisions about the cut and style. Not only is Josefina a talented hair stylist, but she is also a delight to chat with. Her friendly demeanor and passion for her craft make the salon experience truly enjoyable and comfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough!

We lost our makeup artist for our wedding and decided to do our own makeup looks. We took the money we would spend on an artist and spent it on higher quality makeup. Julia F. spent over an hour with us, helping us figure out what works best, what to use, how to apply it, did tests on us and really helped hold our hands through the whole process. We were very well taken care of by her and the makeup she recommended us worked perfectly for our wedding day. Thank you so much for helping us Julia!
