The manager is a CLOWN! ALBERT RIOS ..Not helpful, belittles people, other than that everyone else is helpful and really nice. I have no idea how anyone in their right mind would actually hire him. He's a complete embarrassment to the recovery program. If you need a Great place go to ..Life Recovery Services ..you won't regret it they treat everyone with respect they offer morning and evening dosing and split doses if you want its up to you.

My husband has been coming here for 5 yrs. Though the methadone helps him. The staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and disappointing. People who go here seek treatment for many different substance abuse issues, in which anyone that knows an addict knows that their mental state is not in the best shape due to prolonged use. It is your job to help treat them not abuse them because you don't like the person. My husband had gone by every regulation this company has. But this is not the first person I know that they have treated this way. Your staff needs to be better trained on how to deal with mental health cases when giving people this drug. When we spoke with administration Albert and Chris their responses to my husband accusations was we can kick you off of the program. I will say this if my husband has a heart attack because you didn't do your job right and you kick him off the program. I will make it a point to see that charges will be filed against your company. If you read up on Methadone this is not something that you can take and get kicked off of and just be without you have to be weened.i have been Working with psychiatric patients for over 10 1/2 yrs. You guys are sending my husband into a constant whirls pin. Learn how to treat your patients right.

I am from California and went to the clinic there and it was terrible. They were so unorganized and mismanaged it was a joke. It is very important to me to get clean and stay clean and that place made me want to pull my hair out. I started going to Rightway and it was like a breath of fresh air. It's so calm and everyone there knows what they are doing and they make it such a smooth process. They do not do intake on Fridays and I couldn't find that info any where so I am putting it here. If you want to get off drugs the methadone way I suggest Rightway.

Great Staff!!! Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful. I just want to say thank you to Rightway Clinic and God.

It's a wonderful place to go and I am a firm believer in medical detox for success 🙌 I always liked the fact that counseling is part of the program because let's be honest..we use because of past trauma typically. Unfortunately the counseling is not consistent and can absolutely set you back at times.

I have had a great experience with the staff here. My first day I was so scared but all the staff was so caring and kind. They made me feel very comfortable. The counselor that I got matched with is amazing. He is understanding, accepting, patient and easy going. I don't care for the effects that the meds have on my body but when I come off of it I can work on an exercise regimen. Thank you Right Way staff for all you do!!

I just learned that my counselor Hannah is leaving. I want you to know I really appreciate her and the staff there at the clinic. She will be greatly missed but THANK YOU HANNAH FOR HELPING ME THROUGH THE TOUGHEST TIMES OF MY LIFE!!! I will never forget that!!! I will make it through this and come out better than I have been I years and feel better about myself!!!

This clinic has literally, in all aspects, changed my life. I have tried many ways and many times to do something to help myself and my addiction. All where unsuccessful, I fought hard for 7 years to change, my addiction overall has been going for 25 years. Well it has been almost 2 years now since I found Rightway medical and I am truly in all aspects a changed and better man, no longer in the grips of addiction. The staff, from the guy that checks you in at the window, to the nurses, counselors, the whole facility is great, friendly, and cares. They don't make you feel ashamed, they help to lift you up and get your life back on track. Which was truly impossible when I was in active addiction and constantly high, trying to get well, or just sick. I am living the best times of my life since going to Rightway medical. Rightway Medical Truly saved my life and helped improved the quality of My life also!
