I came here this afternoon for a basic pedicure and was so disappointed, I should have read the reviews before coming. I called this morning to make a 1pm appointment, and asked if they could skip the massage and exfoliation because I have a sensitivity to scented products like that. the guy on the phone said no problem, and I told him I would still be paying for full service and thanked him for accommodating for me. Upon arrival, I was immediately seated by the lady who would be doing my nails, and I reminded her about the no massage/exfoliation thing, in which she responded with why? I explained the allergy and she just blank stared at me for a few seconds before sighing and saying ok. After completely tearing up my cuticles, she proceeded to still put lotion on me and does the full service pedicure, including massage and exfoliation. I wanted to say something but she wasn't exactly approachable. Even when I asked how her day was, she just looked up at me briefly and kept working. After painting my nails, I noticed the paint only went up about 2/3 of my nails. At this point, I was fed up and didn't say anything, it seems to be pretty common when reading other reviews. Definitely won't be back.

A little pricey but their work, the atmosphere, and their demeanor was great! The shop looks very clean and professional. Noire also offers many pedicure options with different products.

The worst experiences at a nail salon I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t go here!! I went in for a dip manicure and asked for coffin shaped nails. The nail tech started getting mad that I asked for coffin instead of almond and was rudely talking about me to the other nail tech right in front of me. They are LAZY, RUDE, and wayyy too expensive. Not only did my nail tech have the most vile attitude, my nails came out lumpy, uneven and the tips were not even close to being straight. Everything that could’ve gone did…

Pretty standard pedicure experience, massage was supposed to be the longer better one (it wasn’t), which I was told was going to $50, but then somehow miraculously became $70 when paying. Shady communications and practices surrounding pricing. Will not be returning.

Would not recommend! My nail chipped after not even 24 hours of having them done. It hasn’t even been a week and TWO DIFFERENT nails have chipped… way too overpriced for the cheap work they do.

They dont paint to the cuticles, so it loojs old after 2/3 days! The don’t take the paint off your fingers(they are messy sometimes) unless you ask and it irritates them. I personally made an appointment 1 1/2 weeks early to have pedicure/manicure with nails put on and the owner was supposed to paint Disney theme. I called to confirm a couple of days prior, the morning of I went in to see if I could come in early they said come back at 3 (my appointment time). I said your doing Disney nails, right. They said yes. At 3 the owner (painter) never showed!😡. The people their dont do nail designs. My nail guy tried (3 hours) $150 dolllars! Owner is a LIER ! Way too expensive, quality not alway good

I love my nails, Trina was awesome . She can really nail the almond shape. I highly recommend
